My daughters and I came into town for a concert and we had asked for early check in and they were very accommodating. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. My youngest loved the pool and if it had been warmer I think the outdoor patio area would have been nice to sit at. Even breakfast was good. Typical cereal, eggs, biscuits and gravy and waffles. Would stay at again for sure

This was the worst experience I ever had at this hotel. The room was dirty that she were not clean. My bathroom was not clean also very noisy arguing and fighting in the next room would not book again.

I was pleasantly surprised of the cleanliness of the room and bathrooms. Check in was fast - Breakfast was great, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and waffles. Plus there was donuts and cereal, juices and they have a capauchin o machine available all day and nite. They also have an exercise room and washer and dryer. I would definitely recommend.

Get there early to check your room.

Place was nice, but the towels were stained and ripped. We accidentally booked an accessible room and the shower flooded the entire bathroom, since there was nothing to prevent the water from leaving the shower. The pillows were uncomfortable but the beds were nice, and breakfast was very good.

This property is kind of run down and dark and dingy for the money we paid. The hotel reeked of marijuana smell when we checked in on a Saturday afternoon. The coffee service in the lobby was terrible. The coffee maker in our room didn’t work and on closer inspection the cord had been chewed by a previous tenant. I presume it was a pet. By the way we got placed in a pets allowed room when we did not have a pet ourselves. A very disappointing visit overall.

I stayed in this hotel twice a month for almost a year while I dealt with the end of my bankruptcy. During these visits I would have my daughter with me. It was a very difficult situation for the both of us but the staff at the Best Western Plus was always nice and friendly. They offered a “real” breakfast and the rooms were always clean. Even though we never took advantage, they also have a pool. Fortunately, my bankruptcy is over and I have my own place again, but I would like to thank the Best Western Plus sincerely for being wonderful hosts.
