It was amazing. The best view in Sydney from a hotel. No Netflix or Stan for the kids but the pool was the biggest hit. The washing machine could be updated but I loved it all.

The property itself and the staff were amazing ! So helpful and the breakfast was also really good. It is super close to circular quay and the opera house along with great restaurants!! The only drawback is if you are walking from the light rail to the property it is up a couple of short but quite steep hills , so if you are elderly or have walking issues then maybe a taxi straight to the front door. But overall a great place to stay.

Great location and views of harbor fabulous. Room has dirty and worn carpet. Suite with kitchen had dirty dishes in cabinet. Sower was Inadequate and small. Bedroom dark as some lights out.

A quiet, clean, comfortable and great place to sta
Our stay at the Sebel Quay West was amazing. The staff at check in were so friendly, helpful and kind, this continued throughout our stay. The location of the apartment was convenient to so many restaurants and local sights. The room was large and comfortable with everything you would need. The kitchenette was stocked with stocked with dishes, glasses, cups and utensils. There was a washer & dryer in the apartment. The living area was roomy as was the bathroom. The housekeeping service kept the apartment spotless. I would stay here again and highly recommend this quiet, nice facility.

Our accommodation was much larger than expected, a suite on the 12th floor with bedroom, kitchen area, sitting area and laundry room. The room itself was excellent in allowing the choice to eating out or using the rooms facilities. However this is not a 5 star hotel which is very apparent when looking at details. Our room was not ready for check in time and then for the initial 30 minutes staff were in and out sorting small issues, single beds not kingsize as requested on booking and no restock of purchasable items. The room was cheap in its basic equipment with items that should have been upgraded or replaced from terrible showerhead to very worn cupboards, old mugs and most of the kitchen dining equipment 'tatty'. The staff were very friendly but on a 6 night stay of which we only requested room clean 3 times the carpets were clearly not vacuumed at all as the particles around the dining area remained there from prior to our stay. The recreation centre on 23rd floor has everything required along with amazing views, but again was tired looking and in need of a reno. Sebels reviews are definitely due to the views and location which all in all does not make a 5 star accommodation just a 5 star area.

The staff were great communicators. We needed an early check-in and late check-out so they helped coordinate extra day holds so that we could get in with our toddlers. The view of Sydney’s bay was amazing! The kitchen was small, but perfect for us being able to cater to our twins select pallet. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
