There was no stay because my daughter was not allowed to sign in, despite having paid. When I called to try to help her correct the situation, the front-desk person was completely unhelpful. When I stated, "so you're okay with my daughter having no place to stay?" The answer was, "that's not our problem." This hotel is horrid and I would never book it again.

My only complaint was that an older woman drove the shuttle and couldn’t lift our bags. I have had 2 back surgeries and I’m 77 years old.

The room was fine. We did not have service to clean our room for two days. We made multiple requests but we did not receive help. We used the towels for shower, etc for 3 days w/o exchange. The hotel is not close to anything. Make sure you have a rental car. ( restaurants , etc) We will not return.

We are breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant a few times each. Every meal was delicious. The staff recognized us and filled our water jugs while we ate and gave us to go cups as we left. Very happy.
