Perfect reasonably priced stay for Sphere
Here for D&C at Sphere. Could not have been more comfortable for a non-gambling visit to Vegas. Pool was great, and there are a few good food options, and just in case you have the urge, a sweet little casino. Will definitely stay here next Vegas trip

Me and my wife went for a two day getaway to Tuscany hotel & Casino in Vegas and we had a great time. Rooms were great and reasonably priced away from the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas strip. Everything went well except for our room number C-#208, carpet was not vacuumed clean and the exhaust fan in the bathroom sounded like an airplane taking off, other than that, we had a great stay!

This property earned 5 stars from me just a few weeks before, when I arrived back in the U S. The property and amenities didn't change, still first class it was my experience upon checking out thst ruined it all!!! I had an early international flight out of Vegas and notified the desk. I didn't need a wake-up csll only assistance with my luggage. I called the desk and was informed that no bellman was on duty but that a security person would be happy to come assist me. After waiting 15 minutes, I called back and was told the same thing by the same person, but this time, she sounded like it was a chore to assist me. A third and final call twenty minutes after the second - 35 minutes plus, elapsed time, yielded more of an attitude and the same "security will be right there " answer. No one EVER SHOWED UP! I was in Vegas for shoulder surgery so needless to say I had to make several trips that were unpleasant to say the least to get my luggage downstairs!! I went into the desk area only to find two maintenance personnel who advised me to "put your key in the drop off". I responded that I wanted to see a clerk or manager but they, as they lounged in the area behind the desk, said "no just drop it in the box". After several exchanges a middle aged woman appeared from the area I couldn't see & I told her that security had never come to help me. She shrugged as if it wasn't a concern!! I tip well (bartender & Hawaiian bellman) and expect little. DISAPPOINTED

Loved the rooms. We had a larger than thought Studio with King Bed that was so comfortable. Kitchen & dining area to include fridge, sink, coffee maker & you can get a microwave at no charge if available. Dining excellent, shows and entertainment very impressive.

The Tuscany Resort Casino Hotel was perfect for our 11 night stay. The Studio with a King Bed was huge and had a mini kitchen, fridge, sink and coffee maker. We requested a microwave & it arrived within an hr. at no charge. The housekeeping is amazing with daily service & we saw entertainment nightly and the show, The Rat Pack, right on the premises which was Excellent.! Hope to be back soon.

This is my third visit to the Tuscany and I usually have a great experience except this time I was in the JBuilder where they don’t provide bottle water I didn’t know that when I requested to be closer to the pool I’ve stayed in H building and I think G building when I arrive to my room wasn’t working and my closet door was broken. I didn’t have a microwave. I did request that I took them several hours to bring me a microwave, like I said, I have a great experience here. It was just this time. I would say it was a fair experience.
