It was a great stay! Clean and staff is friendly. The only thing we did not like was the food. We ordered room service and ordered a gyro but they literally gave us 3 tiny pieces of meat and the sauce was not good. So the gyro was plain pretty much only provided the pita and no meat.
We were on the 7th floor and the room was warm. We weren't able to turn the a/c down to a comfortable level to sleep. I had to continually ask for more towels and wash cloths. If there are 4 people there should be enough towels and wash cloths.
This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at in every single way. The staff were incredible! I never heard a single complaint from anyone the entire time we were there. Right in the middle of great shopping, dining, and concert venue. A very short uber ride to the venue and then an easy 1mile walk back after the concert where the bar and late night eats were still open and ready to serve those coming back in from the concert. The room was gorgeous, clean, and so spacious. My daughter only wants to stay at Embassy Suites now. Other than Disney properties, this is the best customer service I've ever experienced.
Excellent, other than the pool being out of service for painting. ONE of the staff members was rude to us when we asked where the pool was. We asked like 2 times prior to booking, once at the front desk when we checked in and then once to the staff member that was rude to make sure there would be a pool available and not once were we told anything about maintenance. I understand maintenance what i dont understand is not telling your employees so they can then relay it to their potential guest. We were told if we wanted we could go next door to the Holiday Inn. What? I paid like $550 for 2 nights at the Hilton to be told to walk next door to the Holiday Inn to swim.
