I booked a Room with a King sized bed. They gave me a different room with double beds. I asked and they blamed Travelocity. Said if you book through them you may not get the room you booked. That’s unacceptable in my opinion. I also asked for a receipt to be sure no one added anything to our room because we noticed that all kinds of people were ordering food they had for late night eats anyone could of said any room they were not even checking she said Travelocity will send me a receipt. Blaming Travelocity for everything. Seemed ridiculous.

Overall this was a great stay! We attended a concert at Rouff and it was so convenient to be right there when the event ended. The pool was a little cloudy and there was trash under the beds but the sheets and bathroom was very clean. I wish there were locks on the bathroom doors but glad to have a hotel that accommodated 6 people in one room. I wish someone had told me about the promotions going on in the lobby/bar because we definitely would have taken advantage of that. (Scan the barcodes!) The complimentary breakfast was really good, lots of options, including a chef for custom items. I would recommend staying and will definitely stay again.

Nice dog friendly place

This hotel is pretty nice. It is very dog friendly with lots of open grass space to walk the pups. The room was fine, nothing exceptional but no issues.
