Overall it was fine for one night stay near airport. My only complaint were the bed linens... the "coverlet" and blanket were stained. Bottom sheet was put in inside out...hmmm? It was late when I noticed and I had an early departure, so I didnt contact front desk. I learned later another family member had the same issue. This is one issue that is unacceptable!!

Nice stay

Very nice place. They do offer free breakfast from 7 to 10 AM. we only dtayed overnight. I wish they would have had nlow dryers in the room as we forgot to pack one.

THE MGR WHEN I CHECKED IN (I ASSUME IT WAS ROMI ) WAS VERY HELPFUL HE ASK WHEN I NEEDED TO GET TO THE AIRPORT. MY FLIGHT LEFT AT 7AM SO I NEEDED TO LEAVE AT 4AM. I WAS IN THE LOBBY AT 330AM AND I TOLD THE DESK CLERK I WAS THERE FOR THE FOR THE SHUTTLE TO THE AIRPORT. BUT WHILE I WAS WAITING I MUST HAVE DOSED OFF 20MIN AND IT WAS 445AM I ASK THE NIGHT CLERK WHEN IS THE SHUTTLE GETTING HERE. HE TOLD ME HE CALLED IN SICK. I HAD 2 HRS 15 MIN TO GET THERE. HE TOLD ME TO GET A UBER. IM 66 YO I DONT DO HIGH TEC THATS WHY I CHECKED IN HERE. SO HE CALLED A TAXI IT WAS THERE IN 10 MIN GOOD THING TSA IS NOT BUSY AT 600AM. EVERY THING ON 12/21 WAS GREAT

I felt uncomfortable at check in, the representative said our room number out loud in the lobby. When we arrived in our room, the smell was overwhelming. The air freshener used was saturated in all of the soft goods, carpet, drapes, pillows. It was strong enough to give us headaches. The bathroom and sink area floors were dirty with stains and many hairs. The amenities seem to have gone downhill, also, conditioner and lotion provided but no shampoo. Breakfast was very bare and sparce. The representative at check out was nice.

GROSS!!!!!

Let me tell you save your self the headache and go some where else the room was dirty ther where still trash from previous people . There was blood stains drop on the bed honestly worst place to stay at🛏️

Terrible. If you enjoy people drinking from brown paper bags in the lobby at midnight, and being loud and laughing, then this is your place. Also, they place a $100 hold on your card when you check in. They told me they would release the hold after checkout. It took almost two weeks for it to show up in my bank account!

Never again there are better options

One night stay. Easy and friendly check in. Non smoking room smelled like a stale ash tray. The carpets in the room were frankly disgusting. Stained with food and cigarette burns - a supposed nonsmoking room... The common areas and hallways had trash and paper all over. Not staying here again
