The property is not well taken care of. The inside carpets in the halls, smell like dirty socks and are visibly dirty. The room has hair in the shower. They only had pool towels with pubic hair on them to shower with. The bathroom was dirty and not properly cleaned. I had to wait about 4 hours fpr someone to clean it so my kids could take a proper shower. There was a piece of someone's fake hair in the chair next to the bed. They would not switch us rooms becaise they said they were sold out but there were the 2 rooms next to us that were vacant for days. I would not stay here again.

Large motor lodge with lots of rooms. Looks relatively nice when you get there. Even the rooms look nice and renovated when you first walk in. Went to turn on the TV and it turn on but nothing would show. I checked all the connections, which looked correct. I went to call the front desk, but the phone did not work either! …So I used my cell phone to fail the main number listed on the phone, but when I called it, got a massage that it was out of service. Pretty funny! I then decided to warm the dessert I brought with me from dinner. Yup, you guessed it… the microwave didn’t work. I decided not to try any of the other appliances. In the morning at “breakfast” the waffle iron wasn’t working properly and did not get warm enough so it make a big mess and the waffle was not cooked even after a good while. So my son didn’t eat. The juice dispenser was nearly not working, but I did get a coffee and the last of 5 boiled eggs. I took the one that didn’t look like it had already been chewed. My bed and shower did functioned properly! :)

Staff were friendly, and the room was clean, hotel safe and with a nice atrium and lake view. However, the hotel needs more repair and work. Loose faucet in bathroom, poor water pressure and heat, no anti slip in the bathtub (dangerous) and a loud beeping from a smoke detector in an unused room next to mine continued for my whole two day stay, even though I asked staff to make it stop. They said they couldn't, on checkout.

Avoid this place
The toilet and tv were broken and they did nothing to remedy this and said they were full. It looked nice when we first walked in but was dirty (from a gross shower to something sticky all over the counter.) They advertise a pool but it is only open after 3pm contrary to what signage says. Breakfast ends at 9am sharp on the weekend and we were there before that and there was only cereal, toast and oranges left. I see why this place is rated 1 star on Google.... talked to others and they had broken things in theor rooms as well (someone said she had no shower head and another had 3 rooms and were trying to get refunded because numerous things were broken and they wamted to leave.)

The tv didnt work i.e. no signal for channels. nor did the phone in room (damaged cords). The microvewave was unplugged and for some reason.. i plugged it up. Put food in and realized there was water in the microwave. A nice bit of water. Weird?? So i didnt use it.The t.v i made 2 calls in a 45 min period on my cell.because phone didnt work. Both times promised a person going to be sent up. I had to walk down to the front desk and ask are they sending anyone or not. A person sirting around in office followed me upstairs..30 min later tv still not working.was a cable company issue that someone needed to come out to fix.What was anmoying wasnt that it didnt work. Thats not the staffs fault...but hearing the staff tell the cable company that due to the update the cable company did..they knew they had most tv working..but knew they had a few that didnt..prior to me checking in. You couldnt give me another room because you were booked up. But didnt give me option of going elsewhere..by not telling me..that tv wasnt working. I understand things happen..but the customer service aka response time was terrible. Another lady complained about a similiar issue that same night.and to go to desk and their just sitting around is crazy

It's nothing like the pictures on the site. There's is A LOT to be desired and the people in the room next to mine decided to discharge an entire clip of ammo into the atrium/pool area just outside my room. I'm just thankful my kid wasn't with me at the time! Stay away from this place! Ugh

It was scary. We left and didn't stay.
The photos of this hotel online must have been taken 25 years ago. It was old, run-down, dirty and quite frankly, eerie. The wall mounted desk was broken and hanging half off the wall. The walls were smeared with dirt stains. The beds had flea or bed bug dust on the sheets and cover. There were cob webs and a spider handing from the ceiling. It smelled. It was honestly the worst hotel I've ever been in. The elevator said, "Out of Service," and we walked up 3 flights of stairs. The pool area was dirty. There was a cleaning cart and dirty sheets left in the hall way outside of rooms at midnight... they'd been there a long while. The brooms on the cleaning cart were so greasy-dirt covered, that there is no way they could "clean" a floor with them. When we said we were not staying, none of the staff seemed surprised. In fact, it was if they expected us not to stay. Quickly gave us a refund. (I wish I'd taken photos but I didn't.)

Staff was friendly, but the condition and cleanliness were far below expectations. We were scheduled to stay 2 nights, got in late and couldn't find another hotel so stayed the first night but made other accommodations for the 2nd night at a wonderful clean hotel. Pictures are very deceiving.
