Staff was nice but when out to dinner came back to find bugs small roaches killed 5 while on phone with staff couldn’t get out fast enough they refunded us and we went to Hamilton inn down road it was great just 50 dollars more but couldn’t stay with bugs at other place
The area is nice, but the room was filthy. Pubic hair in the bed, hair all over the bathroom, hard floor turned the soles of feet and socks black, sink clogged, and the walls were filthy. The only plus side was I didn’t witness any roaches or other pests, surprisingly.

I've stayed in Extended StayAmerica before, so I knew exactly what I was getting. Additionally, I made these reservations at the last minute for a reasonable price, so I have no heavy complaints. However, I will say that this property had not been taken care of. In the two rooms I reserved. There were cracks in the drywall, baseboards loose from the walls, and in one of the rooms what appeared to be coffee beans on the floor, giving the strong impression that the floor had not been swept or cleaned before we checked in. The door to one of our rooms was difficult to open and had to be shoved, and add to that that the key card did not work regularly either. On our first morning there, one of the elevators did not work. Staying in Extended StayAmerica always means a no-frills accommodation, and that is fine. However, I did note that this property was in dire need of some attention.
The room was in worn out looking condition there was a cockroach I seen the morning of checkout. The elevator stopped working it was not well kept up with. Not to mention a room on the first floor’s door had been broken into literally by what looks like only the police and there equipment could do. For being located in greenwood it was very trashy.
It was a horrible experience. I had my confirmation email of reservation.
I showed up to the property at 10 pm. I tried to check in at the front desk.
The clerk said that they couldn't check me in because of computer issue. They wanted me to go elsewhere. She said that previous person experienced same as I did and she tried contacting the manager,and couldn't contact.
What a way to treat customers?
Then, kicker part is that they changed me one night. I had to contact the customer support hotel.com to get a refund.
They said that even though it is a non-refundable, hotel.com representative recommended them to refund my money. I am waiting for refund.
My question is what choice did i have when they wouldn't accommodate me.
How dare they still charged me?

The bathroom had dirty laundry on the floor no lights in the bathroom one bed had a dirty towel and look like it was sleeped in
Traveling for work booked room showed up at hotel 2hrs later. Had to wait in lobby for 30 minutes after using phone in lobby multiple times for a worker to come to lobby . Worker arrived and said they did not have rooms, (she looked like she was sleeping in tge room i paid for). I asked her why she didnt tell hotels.com that. She said she sent them a notice. I told her it shows she accepted the reservation and that i needed her to send hotels .com a notice saying no rooms available otherwise she may mark me down as a no show when i clearly showed. Its been a week and i have yet to hear back from hotels.com on my refund or from extended atay america. My boss tried to book me at an extended stay in MI tonight...I said absolutely not! Now none of the employees here want to stay at any extended stay. They let the employees mark you as a no show and the employees take the room.
Room didnt have the proper bed linen or towels. The staff member was made aware and brung me a pile of linen and towels. Tv remote didnt work. When i made staff aware she told me she would let maintenence know in the morning.

Room was nasty and I killed two cockroaches upon arrival at 1 in the morning due to flight delay. Took 30 min to get someone to check me in. When I sat on the end of the bed I fell through it as springs were broken. The next evening I got around to using the toilet and mold was growing everywhere on the sets and in the bowl . I reported both issues on Tuesday at 2 pm and was told it would be dealt with. Was not done until my last day there. I had to walk down 4 flights of stairs as the elevator was not working . I reported that and they said people are holding them. I waited 15 minutes before I walked down.
It smelled like dog urine when you walked in the front entrance; the TV didn't work in our room, and the staff changed us to a different room. There were not enough towels to accommodate three people on the room. A lot of people who lived on-site stood outside at night, making it uncomfortable to get out of your car.
I never write any negative reviews about any hotel. However, this is the worse hotel that I never booked. Staff not professional. ( very task not friendly). No towels. Bath tub clogged. Sink drain very slowly. Can’t talk to staff before 10:00am. I never experienced any Extended Stay in my life. I will NEVER stay an Extended Stay again. I have all the pictures if you need them.
I booked a room and paid in full up front. When we went to check in we waited 5 minutes for the attendant to come and help us just for her to say we have no more rooms. Seriously how can you reserve a room and get there and you have no more rooms!!!!
No one was patrolling the hallways and the quiet time was not observed. We were up till 3:30 in the morning. People were running up and down the hallways all night.
The TV in the room did not have cable. The toilet had dirsty stains, unsanitary. The beds do not come with enough pillows or blankets. Front desk was no help at all after 10pm
