The two biggest issues that I ran into was the property said it had transportation to the airport. I specifically needed transportation to the airport, and so I thought it was a good deal. When I arrived in town, I called the hotel and asked them where their shuttle was and they said there was no shuttle from the airport. So it cost me a $30 Uber trip to get over to the hotel with a tip. Then to get a shuttle in the morning. It was going to be $10 per person and they only leave on the hour. So again, I had to take an Uber back, which was cheaper than $10 per person. They say breakfast is included, but that is basically a box of hostess donuts and some orange juice. The staff was so rude when I inquired about the shuttle. I would highly highly recommend paying just a little bit more for a different motel where the staff was friendlier, the breakfast and shuttle were clear in terms of what was offered, and staff was friendier!

Everything was good, clean, big room, comfortable
Everything was good, clean, big room, comfortable beds and pillows, but this room is on the front of the property by the street and is so noisy, we couldn’t sleep, the “breakfast” is served 6-9 only, I guess was continental breakfast since no space for nothing but coffee and bread.

The rooms were great prices for size and niceness. It was way nicer and cleaner than me and my friend were expecting. I have this location saved as a favorite for when I’m in the area again. Only complaint I have is super low water pressure in the showers, but it still gets the job done.

The hotel is near Kia Forum. Easy to access using the bus. Sketchy area. Noisy and busy part of town. Expensive for what they offer (roof over your head). Continental breakfast is (blah)...don't waste you extra money counting on it. Staff not responsive to on-line message.

I just want to say that is not the perfect hotel to stay if you go with family I didn’t feel that safe staying there, but it was the only place that we could find only for one night The bags are not that comfortable. There was a little bit of smell the towels didn’t smell and didn’t feel like it. They were clean enough and they have this nasty smell for people and they only have two towels and they ask you for $100 deposit cash didn’t tell you in the beginning when you book with hotel.com and I didn’t have no cash and they told me there’s ATM in front, and that is a free parking lot which is not they charge us seven dollars the date for you to park inside the parking lot in the cash also so if you go with your family, I don’t recommend this kind of hotel.

Decent stay
Our first night was a warm welcome with the next door neighbours having a great time all night if you know what I mean. The walls have zero insonorisation so we heard everything to the point that even the walls was moving. Second night was pretty quiet and we were able to catch some sleep but the sirens were very loud and repetitive that just comes with the city I guess. I was pretty clean to my surprise except some towels. The linens were somewhat clean the comfort definitely represented the type of hotel your booking. Bring your own if you can. Service at the front was decent and fast. I don’t know if I’d stay again unless it’s last minute the price was alright for the quality.
