Non ho potuto utilizzare la proprietà' perche' dopo aver pagato e dopo aver contattato il padrone di casa ho scoperto che egli aveva rescisso il contratto con Vrbo già' da qualche tempo. IL sottoscritto e la mia famigli ha subito il danno, sia economico che psicologico, di dover all'ultimo minuto trovare una soluzione di ripiego. oltre a ciò' il contatto con la chat di VRBO si e' rivelato complicato e poco utile. Inoltre non ho ricevuto il rimborso completo del valore che avevo pagato. Pessima esperienza
