Great location near namedemun market, bus stops and the green 2/perimeter train line so you can explore locally or get around seoul easily. The staff was so nice and very helpful with providing information. The pool area was very nice and the fitness room has free weights.

Attention excellent. Gently and nice Only things some how I was in room 1015 I feel hot so I try to place AC and front desk said open the window sorry because it is general AC the one we don’t gave control cause at this time of the year the AC haven’t re start but the thing is when windows open was noise cars peoples talking cars so nighttime is a little difficult to rest at all

Great location walkable to everything. The staff is fantastic, so helpful with many recommendations and their English is flawless. Lotte City Hotel is reason enough to revisit Seoul. I look forward to staying here again.

The service was top-notch—staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. Whether it was check-in, housekeeping, or just holding the door or calling the elevator, everything ran smoothly. The location was a plus. It provided easy access to the metro right outside the door, and great coffee, confidence, and dining options nearby on foot.
