scenery view was nice.. The bathroom fan which turns on when you turn on the light was EXTREMELY LOUD! We had a corner room and there was nowhere to park in front of our room.

Sharing a review as this property was way better than the photos-- we really enjoyed the proximity to the Badlands and the pool and common area was a nice area to have. Wood floors in the room were nice- kept the room cleaner. We will be back.

If you want to be close to the Badlands National Park entrance without paying a lot, this is a great place. It's clean and quaint. Good bed and pillows. We liked it!

The room smelled awful. Almost like a dog peed in there and they tried spraying something to cover oder. But it was bad had to leave door open and windows open to help air it out. When my daughter was getting into bed the floor in corner was wet that is what smelled. Beds were comfortable, carpet needs to be changed.

This was a quaint little place to stay. Breakfast was really great! Accommodations were nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. I wish I had planned to stay more than one night.

The check in was easy. They explained how to get to our room easily. They explained hours and breakfast. They had a map a paper describing all of this as well as some other helpful things like what to do around the area. It was a beautiful lot with the badlands as the background scenery. The room was clean. Sometimes hotel rooms don’t smell clean but this room smelled wonderful as well. They had all the amenities I needed for my stay which was only a night so I didn’t need much. They had opportunities for a lot of things that I didn’t need though. All in all, I 10/10 recommend you stay here!

It was dated but clean and great location for exploring the park. We checked in around 6:30 and caught Yellow Mounds and Pinnacle Outlook at sunset which was gorgeous. My only complaint with the hotel is the hours. I woke up at 6 and watched so many people walk to the front desk, where breakfast was served and turn around then eventually drive away. It didn't open until 8:00, which is way too late for breakfast imo, we needed coffee and food earlier and would have liked to be on the road just after 8 am. The pool had inconvenient hours too. It didn't open until 10 in the morning so there's no chance really of kids swimming before check out and it closed at 8 pm already. We did walk over at 8:15 and tried to order breakfast but it was such a strange setup that we left after not being helped. Luckily the Cedar Pass restaurant in the park was open and we got some coffee :)

Sweet Place
This place was very sweet. Will not win awards for modern conventions but makes up for it other ways. Interior has a population of 94....not a lot happening. Convenient to Wall, Badlands,etc. Campstore was pretty well stocked. Room was clean.
