The room was just fine, new fixtures, clean & comfortable & staff was all good. The 2 negative issues on our 2 night stay is the pool was closed, some electrical issue. Also lots of deep road work going on right in front which made traffic and access & noise problems and lots of slippery mud in parking areas.

Nice pool and dock and chairs looking out to sea. Quiet and peaceful. Convenient to plenty of restaurants and stores. Rooms had fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We were all set! Thank you!!!

We liked the location of the property. We were right on the water and the hotel offered kayaks to use. We enjoyed exploring the mangroves. They had bicycles to borrow and ride on the convenient bike path in front of the hotel. It was close to Theater by the Sea and restaurants. We walked to Hog Heaven for dinner and enjoyed the live music. The room was large and clean. There was some construction going on next door but not a problem for us. We would return.

The rooms are very spacious and well maintained. It is a nice place if you have a boat or jetskis to launch. The place is safe. It is also dog friendly which a is a plus. I will be coming back.

The hotel lacks infrastructure in the amenities as well as in the rooms. There is no option to have shade anywhere, the chairs on the beach are scarce. On the other hand, there is no elevator so carrying luggage up the stairs is quite uncomfortable. On July 4th the person in charge of the lobby ruined our day, she was hostile, rude and worked with displeasure. The rooms could improve, we arrived with a reservation of 4 people and there were no sheets or pillows for the sofa bed and we had to go several times to the lobby because no one brings them to the room, also the shower had super low water pressure. To finish the grab and go breakfast there is nothing more than some black brown bread, bad, very bad

Upon check-in, there was no dock space available for our boat even though we thought we reserved it three months prior. The clerk also was not sure what room we would be staying in, even though Hotels.com had us down for an oceanfront Villa. I showed the guy my proof of booking that is the room we got. The room was overall clean, but they did not clean except for every three days I had to ask for the room to be swept out after the second day. It’s hard to walk in and out of a hotel room and not drag sand in without any, throw rugs at the entryways. I was told by the manager that they are a little bit laid-back there so they don’t clean but every three days in the Keys. I feel that’s a poor excuse, I don’t care if you’re in the keys or not. I think when you pay over $350 for a hotel room and they charge you for a destination fee, and dock space fee, you should get exceptional treatment. The breakfast is kind of a joke, but not a big deal The pool situation Was a royal screwup. Upon our arrival on a Wednesday there was no water in the pool. they promised for the next three days that the pool would be ready tomorrow… tomorrow came and went no pool for three days. We were scheduled to stay for four nights and left after the second night. It would’ve been nice to know that there would be no pool available. It may have changed our minds where we stayed. The first thing you want to do after being in the salty ocean or gulf is to jump in a chlorinated pool and refresh yourself.
