This is a lovely hotel. My room was spotless, with a comfortable bed. The shower had powerful spray and plenty of hot water. Breakfast had tons of options. My only tiny complaint is that they probably need to get a new toaster because my bagel never got brown even on the “dark” setting after 5 minutes. :) I would stay here again for sure.

As usual, lovely and comfortable. Clean and safe. The area is convenient. Close to shopping and dining. Close to hiking destinations. The outdoor fire pit area is not always very accessible if we see it on we would enjoy walking out in the brisk air. Check in was friendly but a little bit of a wait. There was only one person available so I rushed to the downstairs public bathroom. The breakfast staff was not friendly or attentive. It was a busy weekend with an athletic team in town. A request to receive pancake batter was made but we felt uncomfortable. Even just to see if there was a bowl of fruits available so we can grab a banana was uncomfortable. The housekeeping staff was getting coffee and there was no coffee in one machine and creamer was empty. I appreciate the milk choices however.
Getaway for a night, dinning hiking and peaceful time. Went to Wildfin. Walk near by, and hiking near North Bend.

Staff were friendly and very nice. I forgot my toothbrush and the gentleman at the desk literally ran my one to my room!!! The room was very spacious and I felt very clean. The niceties like having the ice machine in its own room to reduce noise to the occupants was wonderful.

We stayed at the SpringHill Suites in Issaquah from September 6–8, 2025, saw a cockroach on Sunday morning, and reported to the front desk staff, who were dismissive of the concern. The front desk staff members denied the hotel had "dirty bugs" and asked for photo evidence. The younger member later inspected the room, reported finding no dirty bugs, but also revealed the hotel has "good bugs". The sanitation concerns were totally ignored, the staff member focused only on identifying the type of insect, and he offered to waive parking charge as a small concession. Upon checkout, a different, older employee failed to waive the parking fee despite the prior offer. When questioned, the older employee verbally harassed us, accused us of "stalking" without evidence, and aggressively snatched the receipt from our hand, ordering us to leave. As a matter of fact, we were bullied and assaulted.
