The first day we arrived the receptionist was speaking very kindly on the phone, when he hung up the call surprisingly he was not as kind as he was on the phone. We stayed 5 nights, only once was the room serviced, and when they did it was because I requested it. Whenever I stay in a hotel I like to leave the duty sheets in a corner of the room, so that the person who cleans it doesn't have to do so much work. We left the room that day at approximately 8am and returned at 10:30 pm and upon entering the room there were only towels in the bathroom, the beds were not made, and of course there were no sheets clean or duty because I had already removed them. I go down to the reception so they can please make the beds but the receptionist tells me that until tomorrow because he doesn't have anyone to make the beds, at that moment I ask him to please give me the sheets and I will make the beds myself I ask him 3 sheets for each bed and he told me why I want so many that it is not necessary, then another employee arrives and the receptionist told him that I want 3 sheets per bed to which the gentleman responds that it is correct that they put 3 sheets. I am very disappointed with the reaction of that night receptionist. in the morning, the person who cleaned the food area always kept complaining about her job (she had long blonde hair) making us feel very uncomfortable. The parking lots are so small making people take up two spaces making it more difficult to find spaces at night.
