Awful
Booked one big family room but instead had to stay in 2 rooms and not next door either. My children had to stay in a separate room on the floor beneath, filthy towels, no towel rail, bath mat and no hand towel. Description says toiletries provided but only bars of soap provided, there was a safe but it wasn't fixed, one of the hosts was rude, was told water would be sent to my room but this never happened and when i went downstairs to get some, the person at reception had changed and made us pay for water. Also no lift so had to walk up many flights of stairs, they did help take the luggage up the stairs but in the way down had to do this myself and the light at the top fight of stairs wasn't working so a bit dodgy going up or down the stairs which were spiralled.

Todo bien. Personal super amable. Muy buena limpieza de habitación. Buenas instalaciones. La habitación venía con hervidor para poder calentar agua. Cama cómoda. Cercana a locales que estaban abiertos hasta muy tarde. Buen sector.

Sehr unzufrieden bin ich, hotel war sehr schmutzig , und wo ich kam ins Hotel die haben mir ein Zimmer in der Erdgeschoss gegeben obwohl ich ein andere Zimmer gebucht hab ! Und daher habe ich darum gebeten das sie mir ein andere Zimmer geben , haben die leider nicht gegeben ! Und dafür musste ich 1 Tag wo anders schlafen also habe ich für 1 tag eine andere Hotel gebucht ! Deswegen möchte ich meine Geld mir zurück erstatten wenigstens 1 Nacht ! Daher bin ich richtig unzufrieden mit dem Hotel! Viele Grüße!

Disappointing
NOT recommended! I booked 2 different rooms, one for 3 people, and the other for 4. The room which was supposed to be for 3 people was not available, I was given a room for 2 instead of 3. That was not the end of it, the room was under construction, the window was on the floor, the door card didn't work and one of the 3 people had to sleep on the floor on a mattress. The only thing they did was a 15 euro discount only for one night for that room, which is nothing compared to the 60 euro per night (3 nights) I paid.

Es war wiederlich, schimmeliges Bad, dreckige Bettwäsche, dreckige Handtücher, Blutflecken auf den Gardinen, der Boden hat wohl noch nie einen Lappen gesehen, unangenehmer Geruch. Wir haben das Hotel bereits nach der ersten Nacht verlassen, obwohl wir für 5 Tage gebucht hatten. Dieses Hotel ist wirklich unzumutbar. Zur Einrichtung lässt sich noch hinzufügen, dass das Hotelpersonal sagt "die Bilder im Internet sind halt nur Bilder". Zimmer wie auf diesen Bildern gab es in dem Hotel noch nicht. Es ist von vorne bis hinten eine einzige Betrugsmasche.
