Lovely hotel, our room was fab and the service was excellent. Really handy for Tower of London, Borough markert, Tower Bridge and ST Katherine's Dock. Plenty of places to visit close by and to eat out. Tube and rail links within walking distance.

If you’re looking to spend your time shopping you will have to travel a bit. But if you’re looking for great views, being close to transportation, excellent staff, and a view of the river this is the place to be!

What a disappointment! Our room the first night had constant heat on and even with windows open and 45 degrees outside it was too hot! I would guess 85 Fahrenheit! We suffered through the first night. Told the concierge about it in the morning, they said they would take care of it, came back in afternoon and asked them again, then came back in the evening, nothing done! each step we were told they could/would fix the temperature, so that is what we expected. By this point I was mad as this is completely unacceptable. They sent up temporary coolers that you fill with ice, while the heat kept pumping. At this point I insisted on getting a Room with temp control as it was my 2nd time to the front desk that night! We were given a room that smelled like cigarettes, but at the point we needed sleep. So we stayed there and didn’t bother following up! The elevators couldn’t keep up with the guests at the hotel…the stairs had some weird funky smelll… great location but worst experience at a hotel for us!

Would not recommend. Definitely a bait and switch. It does not look like the photos and it is extremely run down. An elevator was down during our stay creating long waits. Room was so run down. Shower wouldn’t drain.

The property was well positioned easily accessable. It was in a popular location. The views were amazing. The staff were helpful. Our room could have been a bit more spacious. Some skin lotion in the bathwould have been useful. Check in and check out were quick and smooth.

Im given the hotel a 3 out of 5. Around the hotel the view is amazing, the hotel is beautiful but it lacks customer services. The front desk Akhil was the only one to show interest on helping nit even the manager roberto who was rude. Front desk does need to be trained. The whole staff at the concierge was amazing and helpful & knowledgeable. The restaurant Vicinity horrible the waitress didnt bring my kids water. The hotel needs to improve C.S

The property has a great location very close to the London Bridge. It has great restaurants in the property and close by. The staff was incredible, the room very clean and quiet area.
