Great service, staff and very pleasant stay. Breakfast was also excellent with attentive staff--clean and tidy table settings and for me, perfect choice of food. Had dinner at the restaurant in the evening, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food--had a minced meat pide and an Adana wrap--awesome! The location of the Hotel with walking distance to two high end Malls made the visit perfect as that was what we needed. Thank you for the pleasant stay, will definitely come back only to this Hotel when in Istanbul.

Hotel staff was good and professional, we have to wait for our room,. Reception staff provide me with good information, I can not remember the names, but it was the gentle man who checked me in and the bell boy was very attentive and polite ( tall guy). The room was not not, very bad smell in the shower, towels very tired … I stay every year and I can see that the level of cleanness has dropped down dramatically ,

The hotel location is excellent I highly recommend it for people who like shopping, as there are 2 nearby malls. . The staff at the reception were amazing Esma and Zelal. The twin bed is a bit small for my tatse, the air conditioning is not cold enough in the summer. I have not tried any of their food.

A very good renovated Hotel, stuff very friendly, breakfast buffet is amazing , room have just what is needed, well centralized in Levent, they don’t have a spa or massage or hammam, but it’s ok, Istanbul is full of them, highly recommended!!
