We called 155 on August 10, 2022 at 7:20p.m. to order food. The man that answered was so impatient and rude. He closed the phone on us, RUDE. That is UNACCEPTABLE !!! Also, lots of noise on 9th floor after 12 midnight.

We called 155 on August 10, 2022 at 19:20 to order 2 toasts and 2 rice puddings. The man who answered was very impatient and he closed the phone on us, SO RUDE...we went there before few times, gave lots of tips, shocking. Also, there was lots of noise on the 9th floor after 12 midnight, no sleep...we will not go back there.

Far from Istanbul but near Sabiha Airport, nice
I liked the hotel, the staff at the desk was snobbish though. Need to be more fluent in English as well. Great location and good hotel. The shower didn't work so someone had to come and fix it for us. The air was not working for some reason either but we left the window open. Great hotel with nice breakfast, pool and restaurant on the top floor. Lot's of food places and small markets nearby as well. Worth the price.

Enjoying a mistake
We went by mistake. We thought it would be close to Sabina Gokcen but that was only as the crow flies. It is situated in a down market commercial area - definitely not typical tourist. Having said that, the staff were all very efficient and friendly, the hotel was comfortable and had a nice swimming area, Having a lovely dinner on the top floor overlooking the Prince's Islands in the sea of Maramara was delightful. The price was great value for money. It was a mistake but we enjoyed it

The stay was OKKK
I f you going for Leisure, then this is definitely not the place for you. Its farrrrrrrrrrr and a hassle getting back if you want to hang around in Taxim and other happening areas in Istanbul. The only nice place closer to this hotel is Bostanci, and its still not walkable. You need to take a taXi which would cost around 15 TL. There is another Hotel Eilte in Bostani then is def a better option or find a hotel close to Taxim or Besiktas. Internet works fine but if you using on your laptop then u cannot use it on any other device. Its for one user only. If you happen to stay in this hotel. walk to Bagadat Cadessi street and take those mini buses to Kadikoy and take a sea bus to Kabatas to reach Taxim. But if you there to enjoy this is not the place for you.
