Lovely stay.
They upgraded my room to a sea view! It was lovely waking up to that! Staff was very accommodating to my request for a late checkout. The restaurant and room service had delicious food. I enjoyed the day relaxing at the pool.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Breakfast is amazing with the variety of food.We also had dinners on premises a few times and it was very good. 5als used the outside and inside pools and spa. Everything is very very good.

My stay at the Elite World Grand Istanbul Küçükyalı Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with fantastic service that set the tone for my entire visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast selection at the hotel was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty start to your day or something light and healthy, the buffet had it all. The quality of the food was top-notch, and the attentive service made the experience even better. The room itself was well-appointed, with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The views from the room were amazing, providing a perfect backdrop to relax and unwind. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the thoughtful amenities, was taken care of, making it feel like a true home away from home. Horrible Experience - Unresponsive, Rude, and Discriminatory My week-long stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. It's been over a week since I checked out, and I'm still waiting for my incidental deposit to be returned. Despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel, I've been completely ignored. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service is appalling. But that’s not even the worst part. The staff at this hotel are some of the rudest and most unwelcoming people I’ve ever encountered. The main receptionist was downright hostile, and a woman from the health and wellness department was no better. Their attitudes were clearly discriminatory, and it felt like they had a problem with guests who aren’t locals or who look different. The blatant prejudice and lack of respect were shocking and made me feel uncomfortable throughout my entire stay. This hotel is a disgrace. They clearly don’t care about their guests, and the discriminatory behavior of the staff is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—especially if you expect to be treated like a human being. Save yourself the frustration and stay far away from this place.
