5 days no clean up
I ordered double bed, the reception gave me a single bed room. I asked to change, then had to wait 20~30 minutes to get the room. Then, nobody come clean the room in 5 days. (I extend it in other platform) Finally, I chose to tell the reception desk politely. He replied, you should inform us to clean the room before 12:00 noon. (that time was 12:30 pm) I said, okay, at least you send someone empty the rubbish can? Reception said, OK. Then after 8 hours when I came back, the rubbish can was still full. May I ask you guys, In Turkey, need I tell hotel reception to clean my room to get it cleaned? Price is the only reason I choose this hotel. BTW, the room is not soundproof at all.

Amazing experience
My stay in Loss Hotel was super comfortable! The hotel is accessible to various amenities such metro bus, hospitals, restaurants, Marmara Park/shopping malls etc. The room was clean and spacious and the staff, especially the front desk staff, are highly professional, friendly and supportive. The owners of the hotel Mr Haider and Mr Denis are friendly and caring. They would themselves offer/serveme tea when I visited to the lounge. There is always Turkish team available in the lounge, free of charge! This little service made my stay even more enjoyable as someone who loves Turkish tea. More importantly, the price is fantastic. I would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Guzelyurt/Essenyurt area in Istanbul. I will definitely return, guys! 👍

It was good but there is no sound isolation anyone opens door you here and it was loud and the room has no lights except the main lights which is very high and too white without any warm light there was no telephone to call for service but it was very clean and smells very good

The condition of the room and the level of cleanness were good for the price. It does not have an elevator up to the fourth floor. If you are supposed to stay on the fourth floor you have to carry the luggage yourself as nobody assists you to do such. Ali, one of the receptionists was terrible, but Hassan was very helpful.
