Now to be fair, even though I mainly gave the bad review and rating due to the incident I experienced, and the lack of some basic things in the hotel, I should say that in general it is a DECENT hotel, in terms of cleanliness, breakfast, and good location.
Now, THE BASIC FLAWS:
1. Wi fi only reached the corridor, almost non existing in the room. Maybe cause my room is far from the router and other room might not have the problem. But they DO list that one of the facilities is wi fi in your room, so they should get better or more routers if they already listed it. I complained about it, and the response was simply "even the internet in my phone is weak today, maybe there is a problem from the operator". SMH
2. Booked a sea view room. No sea could be seen from the window. That it's technically facing to the direction of the sea, YES, but View, a big NO
Now, the MAIN INCIDENT which mainly affected my rating:
Booked for a shuttle, and they gave wrong travel code and wrong phone number.my name was also not on the sign they held in the airport. Ended up waiting for almost 2 hours and wasting a lot of international roaming credits sorting things out. Came to the hotel and nobody admitted who sent me the wrong information in hotels.com message app.after endless complaints and asking to speak to the manager, he apologized. But I never got to know who was responsible and the guy never apologized to me
