The room was fine, one single sofa bed was broken. Very small washbasin in the shower room the washbasin cabinet was not clean and found hair between mattresses. One friendly staff the others not so much.

Awful stay here made by the staff..booked double room got 2 single beds for me and husband,asked to be moved said there was no more rooms available,but on expedia there were 4 rooms available and asked us to wait till Friday,Friday came same thing said it wasn't available after 5 minutes of speaking to my husband the manager said the room next to us is available, really made us angry we had no hot water for 2 days and he didn't move us from the first room.hadnt they hassled us enough no, when we did move after 4 days the cleaning lady woman with glasses accused us of stealing the toilet paper

Well situated 300-400 meters away from Taksim

The hotel is in good condition and is well situated near taksim square; I must say that the studio is well equipped with working washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and stovetop for a bit of own catering when needed. The bathroom was good but the Lavatory sink was a big minus, the lavatory sink is almost as big as the one you find on an Airbus 200 plane. They have limited room service they cleaned once every three days. The staff members are quite polite, accommodating and helpful. Do not expect a big lobby with plenty of space; the entrance is a thin clean corridor with stairs on its right side and an elevator at its end to access the upper floors. The internet is a bit slow, they perhaps need to increase their bandwidth; The TV had several english/arabic/turkish and other languages channels which was very good. The heating system (hot water and radiator circulation water) is unfortunately inside the room and you can hear the sound. It is not loud but it may be loud enough for someone who needs absolute serenity to be able to sleep (it was not a problem for us). The price to the quality was very good for the studio we rented.

we really liked our stay .. the hotel was great with respect to the price .. and very friendly staff !! we didn't like the room we booked at first so the staff helped us to find another room for the same price and didn't charge us extra .. the location was super and in the heart of taksim

Man kan aldrig få fat på ejeren og receptionen er for det meste lukket, meget gammel lejlighed og placeringen er meget dårlig, der er altid larm og musik osv. Slet ikke rent og lagner er der hul i og der var slet ik fejet eller støvsuget da vi skulle modtage lejligheden. Alt i alt kan ikke anbefales.

今までに滞在した中で最悪のアパートメント

タクシム広場に近いことは確かなのですが、掲載されている写真とは異なり、部屋はとても汚く(特にバスルーム)、キッチン、食器やテーブルもつかう気になれませんでした。 某サイトの部屋の詳細の写真を参考にして予約したのですが、期待外れ。(シングルルームの詳細の写真にも個別のベッドルームが掲載されていていますが、実際には個別のベッドルームはなく、複数の家族で宿泊いたのでとても不便でした) 周辺地域の治安はよくありません。 夜中の1-2時くらいに毎晩とてもうるさい騒音がして起こされました。 外出中におそらく誰かが入出した形跡があり、とても不安になりました。 同じ値段でもっとましなホテルで朝食付きでも泊まれたのにこのホテルに滞在したことが悔やまれます。 いくつかの良い評価の口コミを見ましたが、とても信頼できるものではありません。

My stay at Sheriff Residence was ok , although it was all the time noise in the night due to other guests - mostly arabic - they were running through the floor all the time so i couldnt sleep , next to the building they build other aparts so it was noise alle the time in day time , so if someone need quiet place to stay please stay away:-)

Trotz Buchungsbestätigung-wusste das Hotel nichts

Bei unserer Ankfunft war niemand vor Ort. Keine Telefonnummer. Nichts. Der Besitzer vom kleinen Laden gegenüber rief dann dort bei dem Besitzer an welcher dann auch 20 min später kam und erkläre uns dass er bereits seit Monaten ausgebucht sei und nur eh nur Monatsweise seine Zimmer/Wohnungen vermietet. Er konnte auch mit unserer Buchubgsbestätigung nichts anfangen. Er versuchte uns zu Helfen und war ziemlich über Ebookers/Expedia verärgert. Da es bereits nach 22 Uhr hatte, konnten wir bei Ebookers niemanden erreichen. Es war der 27.12. Kurz vor Silvester. Die 6 oder 7 von uns angefahrenen Hotels waren ausgebucht. Die 60 Euro Taxi Gebühren werden uns wohl nicht erstattet (wurde uns telefonisch mitgeteilt, da wir keine Rechnung haben. Einfach unter aller Sau!). Erst mit Nachdruck half dann Ebookers am nächsten Tag bei der Unterkunftsuche und wir wurden gedrängt uns doch endlich mit etwas zufrieden zu geben da es ja kurz vor Silvester sei und man kaum was finden könne. Wir durften nur eine Unterkunft finden die maximal 30% über dem von uns Gebuchten Preis liegt -na viel Spaß. wir hatten einige Monate zuvor gebucht! Da wir aber mittlerweile so ausgelaugt waren nahmen wir den nächsten Vorschlag einfach an. Solche Strapazen wünsche ich niemanden!
