Guests should follow signs for gates A and B; the hotel is next to LCW store. Guests staying at this property MUST have a valid boarding pass for an international flight to access the Airside transit area of the airport. Guests arriving on an international flight and who will be continuing on to another international flight should pass through International Transfer Security to reach the hotel. Guests arriving via the city or domestic flight must go through passport control to reach the airside transit area.

Noisy. Urinals in shared bathrooms smelled and there were no bath towels. There are no instructions on how to use a cabin where everything is dependent on a key and staff didn't warn about a need to insert the key inside the room. Temperature wouldn't go to a desired setting.

Expensive but convenient.
Once we arrived at the hotel, the checkin process was pretty quick. This hotel is very expensive but I didn’t have to exit the airport security area nor passport control. The biggest issue was getting to the hotel. My parents needed wheelchairs and the airport staff would not take us directly to the hotel. For my 12 hours between flights, it was nice to sleep and get a shower.

The possibility to take an unexpensive recharge cabin to sleep in bed through the night is awesome! I was ok with paying this much. A lot of people would be, but not everyone knows about this possibility. Recharge cabin is not for you if you are prone to claustrophobia. And it didn't look like floor sees a lot of vacuming, but the bed was obviously clean and renovated. Nothing like luxury in usual meaning, but you can sleep in safe private space away from crowds and loud noises of bustling airport. The sound proving is surprisingly good. Front desk staff are very nice people.

Very handy to stay airside within departures for a 7hr layover. Bed comfortable & slept well. Very clean & well kept. Compact space, but adequate for intended use. 2 showers & 2 toilets in women’s area. Enough? Was a bit of a queue to check in, so patience needed- most people tired after a first flight. Pricey, but would use again.

Rate for this hotel is abusive. Since it is the only on the airside of the airport they charge whatever rates they want. We arrived 9pm and needed to be checkout 10am. They said we needed to pay extra 20€ for staying one more hour since check out is 9am (350€ rate per night!).

Set up in room is nice. Cleaning personnel is noisy and have their phones on loud. Vacuum cleaner noisy. No clean towels in bathroom. Is excellent set up but some consideration about noise levels would be nice. Not cheap to stay but truly convenient for long layover.
