The staff was great nice and helpful. But It’s a dump. Dirty and run down. The bathroom was not clean the ladder on the bunk bed was broken. They charge 3 dollars a bag to hold bags even if pay to stay there. Would not recommend and would not stay again. Better to pay more and get. Clean place to sleep.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff was really friendly and attentive. There is room in the lobby to hold your luggage if you show up before check in time. Room was nice and clean and housekeeping was on top of everything on the daily. Times square is walking distance from this hotel and there is really good restaurants nearby. 10/10 would definitely come back to this hotel.

We booked in for 2 nights here, but left after 1 night. The temperature gauge had been ripped off the wall so we had to turn on the AC all night as it was very hot in the room. There was black mold growing in the bathroom, and the blind was not sufficient to block out the light - important as we were next to Times Square and it's bright all night. Inexpensive for the area, but far too much to spend for the time we spent there.

Very poor hotel. Never again.
Terrible hotel, bad service very loud very dirty rooms not well kept. Elevators old, dirty and broken down often with people inside. Location is Fridy the only thing this hotel has to offer. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Hi so the property charged me twice once when I was checking in and again a day after I flew home. I reached out to them regarding this and got no response. The concierge were not very friendly or were very pushy and nosey. The only staff member that was professional and kind were the cleaners.

Horrible hotel! I should have read the reviews here before booking that place which it should not be published as "hotel". Rooms does not seem to clean and they really need restaurations and upgrades (more than a maintance). The rooms are exposed to extremedly hight level of noise the whole night, we couldn't even sleep. When I spoke to a lady at the front desk in the morning she said: "this is NYC we can control the noise". Other than being rude, I think she is right, but they can install different noise cancellation windows or they just can avoid accomodation in those rooms where the noise in NYC, which they are aware of, its annoying. Badoom gets flooded. Elevator was not working at some point, wd had to use the stairs. They charge you a fee to store the lugages when you are leaving. 0 star.

You pay for location, don’t expect anything more.
Upon arrival before the normal time, I spoke with the desk and told them my name. They conformed that I had a reservation for a “family suite” and that they needed additional time to turn it over. I understood this and was assisted by a friendly bell hop to hold our luggage as we went out and did tourist things. When we finally showed back up to check in, I spoke with a different desk person and supplied my name. He asked me a second time was I sure that I had a reservation for today. I told him yes and that I already confirmed this with the person working earlier. After a few minutes he said “ I found one and it is a “premium room with one bed”. I told him that was a mistake and that my reservation was for a “family suite” with two full beds and a set of bunks. He told me that I made a mistake in my reservation. He then told me to call Expedia and have them try to fix it. I told him I was not doing that and it was impossible. He repeatedly continued to argue with me even after showing him my email reservation. He told me that he could not give me the room since he didn’t have any left. I told him that he needed to accommodate my family since it was the hotels mistake that they probably gave away my room to make more money. He eventually gave me a room that was not what we reserved or paid for and I was not happy with this experience.
