I’m still waiting for my refund. The hotel manager apogized and agreed to refund me for the two nights 06/8 and 06/9 that I didn’t stay with my wife and son. I book two nights at another hotel because the hotel manager in person confirmed that he returned the payment and advised me to verify with expedia.com. Yesim Suites was supposed to be a superb rated hotel but instead it was a total disappointment as soon as we checked in. There were no clean sheets on the extra bed, and even no toulet paper or shampoo. When I kindly asked for toulet paper we had ti wait forever and the extra sheet was covered with stains. I booked this hotel because my son graduated from high school and I wanted to spend some time with my din and family.
