Não gostamos. 1) cartão de abrir a porta do quarto sempre desmagnetizava, tínhamos que descer para ativar o cartão novamente. 2) ar condicionado virado para a cabeça, nem alterando as paletas dava certo. 3) cama ruim e travesseiro muito alto 4) chuveiro esquentava e esfriava com frequência na hora do banho 5) café da manhã com variedades, mas sempre as mesmas coisas. 7) A localização e muito boa. 8) estacionamento gratuito

É a 5° vez que reservo dias nesse hotel e já é meu preferido em BC porque fica pertinho da praia dando de ir em 10 minutos a pé e também porque tem sala de jogos e uma baita piscina aquecida que fica das 9 as 22h e como tenho 2 crianças...ficou perfeito. Voltarei sempre que precisar. Só achei 60,00 caro a noite no estacionamento do hotel e deixei o carro na rua.

Hotel excelente, é a segunda vez q nos hospedamos nele, porém o prédio antigo está precisando de uma reforma urgente, tivemos problemas em dois dos quartos que ficamos até sermos relocados na torre nova. Café da manhã maravilhoso, só provem o bolinho de chuva, é perfeito, sugestão para o hotel acrescentar geleia, requeijão, coisas desse tipo.

O hotel é limpo e está bem localizado, o café da manhã é bem ruim ( comemos fora os últimos dias ) elevador é insuficiente para a quantidade de hóspedes e tem muito barulho nos corredores pq o hotel recebe diversas excursões. Mas é um 3 estrelas justo, numa localização boa com estacionamento e muita cortesia dos funcionários
