This upscale 2,750 sq. ft home (built in 2018) is situated in a private gated 28 acre community of only 5 homes and is located less than 10 miles from I-75. This home is situated on 6 wooded acres offering 1,000 feet of shoreline on a secluded deep water cove with a private dock and year round water. The home offers water views from every room in the 2-story floor plan. Covered decks on both levels provide amazing water views and plenty of space for outdoor living. You will find comfort in the four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Two spacious master bedrooms, a queen bedroom and 6 person bunk room, will allow 12 to sleep comfortably (Strict 12 person limit!).

Private Two story boat dock with Upper Sun deck measuring 24' x 36' and includes a jumping gate from the second level.
**NOTE covered slips are not for rental use; however there is
ample space at the dock to tie up 1 -2 boats during your stay.

Renters must be 30 years of minimum age, ID required at booking.

Perfect spot for a quiet Fall Break with family
Perfect home for our two families to stay during our Fall Break. The home was perfect and thoughtfully stocked with all the little odds and ends to help make this house feel like home. The high-end kitchen was filled with all the cooking utensils, pans, appliances anyone could ask for. Fire pit supplies were well stocked for enjoying the beautiful fall surroundings. The lake is as beautiful as shown in photos. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

5 Star Getaway!
This beautiful home was perfect for our family group of 5 adults and 2 kids! The home owners thought of everything we could possibly need/want. I seriously can’t think of anything I would change. Kitchen and appliances were state of the art. My favorite amenity was the outdoor fireplace! Homeowners made sure we had plenty of firewood for fires every night. The 2 story dock was amazing and it was the perfect location on the lake for our grandkids to swim. I would definitely stay at this property again! Thanks again to the homeowners for helping me and my family create great vacation memories!

Lake Norris Heaven
Three generations stayed for one week at this impressive home. Vicki, the owner was super responsive to any question or need that we had. From the kayaks to the outdoor fireplace the outside was a great adventure. Indoors, the massive kitchen stocked to the hilt was a gathering place where many memories were formed. Would highly recommend!
