This place is far overpriced for what it is. The staff gave me the runaround about reimbursing part of the cost after I shared our experience. Toilet paper roll duct taped to the wall, good, dust, and random items left all over our room. Hair on the bed under the sheets. The cafe was understaffed and food was made poorly. However I can see the appeal—if you go in knowing you’ll be roughing it, they have tons of activities and the grounds are beautiful. WiFi is godawful and there’s no cellular signal.

Property is really run down. They built rooms with thin walls to gain more rooms, but you can hear people breathing in the other room. Very dirty and in need of Maintenace. The restaurant is extremely overpriced for quality and the Kithcen is the dirtiest kitchen I have ever seen. $5 for a cup of really bad coffee. Couple of servers, Corey and another young girl, try their best but the rest is really lousy excuse for any attempt at hospitality. This property is grossly misrepresented with photos and what if offers.

This isn't the Hyatt, it's much better. Ok so it's a lot like staying at a working ranch. It's a little dusty because it's an authentic experience. The cowboys are real. The horses are real. There isn't great wifi but again that's the point. The view of the Tetons was breathtaking. The sunset and sunrise was worth every penny. We'd definitely stay there again.

Beautiful views of the Grand Tetons and close to the park. Perfect place to stay. I loved how they had some many additional activities such as horseback riding, scenic river cruise and fly fishing.

Convenient location near Grand Teton, awesome views. If you are into horses, this is a great place. The smell of manure is all over the area, lots of horses, makes you know you are in a ranch (which we appreciate). The horses ran in front of our room every morning and evening from the field to their corral and viceversa, it was so cool to see them up close, so beautiful horses. Our room was like a small cabin. It had two bedrooms, bathroom, a living room with two couches and the only ceiling fan, full size refrigerator. The room was dusty inside and we had several bird nests on the awning of our entry door. If you are into nature this is an awesome place. They also offered tipis and wagons to stay in. There is no TV so we were able to disconnect.

Bad lodging but great horse riding

The cabin had zero sound isolation. There are four cabins in one building. The people speaking next door sounds like speaking in my room. I can hear their farting. The bedding wasn't clean. There was something stained on a blanket that made it hard. We had to cover it with a sheet to not touch it. The horse riding there was wonderful! Great view! Friendly staffs also help us take photos.

The scenery, location, workers, horses were amazing! Only negative was the lodge and room. Very dusty and dark lodge. The room was a bit dirty in bathroom and floor was dirty but beds,, were clean and comfortable. Very kind and hard worker cafe worker, She was new to job but was excellent!

Dirty and noisy

The room was dirty, full of dust and the bathroom was filthy. The toilet had feces stock inside, the floor was disgusting and the sink had mold. The room was so noisy every night because they rent wagons in the ranch and the guests in wagons would come to the lodge building, with guest rooms, to use the social bathroom all night long, instead of the bathroom trailer provided for them, because they said it was dirty and smelled bad. The people from the wagons were noisy, slamming entrance and bathroom doors and talking loud. We were there 4 nights without sleeping because of the noise.

We enjoyed the location and the authentic ranch feel. The tree house cabin that we were in was fantastic and perfect for our family. The only “tour” we did here was the wagon dinner and it wasn’t worth the value. Mainly due to the customer service of the chef and how everything was presented. Ross the driver of the wagon was great! Tori one of the cowgirls was very friendly! Keith the cook was rude and generally unkind - at the wagon dinner and the front desk. Customer service was lacking in general and they seemed to be experiencing some busy-season pains.

Expedia listed a lower amount for the pet fee (which is $50 not $30) so I was surprised when we arrived. The restaurant on premises was expensive. If you wanted water, you had to buy a Heart 6 ranch cup to have it in. There was an automatic 20% gratuity added to the restaurant tab. We were there only one night, but if you stay longer, you have to pay for room cleaning and can only exchange for new towels every 3 days. They did have lots of activities to sign up for but we were just there overnight.

So so but friendly

First cabin offered had a filthy mattress on the pull out couch. Manager moved us to a different cabin that was clean enough but the pull out bed was very very very uncomfortable. Friendly staff. The raft trip was great.

It’s a ranch and your staying in a bunk house.

It’s a ranch and you’re essentially staying in slightly better than a bunk house. Many things you Assume a motel room would provide are not included. Bring a cup for a drink as there are none provided. Bring your own soap as there was none in our room and reading previous reviews this was the case for others as well. The facilities are adequate and the surroundings are gorgeous. Saw elk every evening coming into the river bottom to feed. 1/2 hr before dark. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is about 5 minutes from the park entrance. Jackson Hole is about a 35 to 40 minute drive.
