We had an all around fabulous experience. The staff was friendly, helpful and available: ) the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The room was inviting and had plenty of space and the beds were fabulous! The ONLY thing we wished we had was a little more hanging options, maybe hooks...to hang coats and bibs on, but that wasn't a huge problem: ) would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Conveniently close to town, nice pool/hot tub, very nice bartender, loved the fireplace in the bar lounge, fridge/microwave and keurig in room. Cons: Terribly loud!! Had to go to front multiple times for how loud the front lobby was, wall super thin so you can hear everything, front desk and kitchen staff not the friendliest, room was only cleaned once in entire 4 night stay, breakfast options subpar.

Great hotel
Great hotel, has an indoor and outdoor ho tub, indoor/outdoor pool. They have very comfortable beds, and a spacious bedroom. we had a fireplace in the room. They have a full breakfast which was very nice. The hotel is in a great location. They have free shuttle service to the downtown area.

Everything went smoothly and it’s a great location for Jackson as it’s right in front of a bus stop. Very clean rooms as they were just remodeled so can’t complain! Imagine a clean modern room with the design of a cabin outside
