Decent place on Northtown Road
This property has potential to be a great rental. It has a responsive host, wifi suitable for remote working, effective air conditioning, good kitchen appliances, plenty of hot water in the shower, a comfortable floor plan for families, a friendly and safe neighborhood, off-street parking, and no bugs, mold or mildew. To be a five-star rental, it needs better housekeeping and maintenance.
