We were welcome the minute we came through the door…check in was fast…Room was excellent… Breakfast was also great… we loved the biscuits with gravy and sausage…Coffee was great… We will definitely stay again when we come back through.

Great stay! Very comfortable and clean. They served a yummy looking breakfast. We stayed here last week on our way east and it was so good we made reservations to stay here on our way back.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The shower drain stopper was rusted and tub drain full of hair. We got to breakfast @8 and mostly everything was gone. But overall had a nice stay

I did not like that the website says dog friendly. So i pay for 3 nights up front and when i go to check in the idiots at the counter tell me no dogs allowed on property. I tokd them well give me my money back and We will stay else where. He barely speaking any english said no. I would have to call Expedia. So contacted them. They said to call motel. Its been 6 days and still have not returned almost 400 dollars back because of false advertising. DONT PUT DOG FRIENDLY IF DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED!! its false advertising. And its stupid. Your screwing up peoples plans. Stop doing it. If they just said no dogs allowed this would have never happened because i choose dog friendly stay. I never expected to get lied to and taken afvantage of. Its bad business and just freaking rediculous. I cant recommend this hotel because of the lies. So if their lieing well they probaly are going through your things as well . Run! Fast.

City of Florence has trouble with brown colored water. Hotel has information posted. We bought bottled water for drinking. Handicap room was suitable. Breakfast was simple. Biscuits and gravy, sausage, cereal, yogurt, fruit cup, coffee and juice.

The staff was really nice, the hotel itself was…clean enough. We didn’t use the shower due to *something* being on the walls and in the drain. The area was ok, overall it got us enough sleep and the sheets were clean.

How it has as high of ratings is a mystery. It has some condition issues and for some reason the water is a brownish color that makes the tub when you shower in it and it makes the toilet look like someone urinated in it and didn’t flush. It’s a $100 a night motel. 6/10
