Left hand won’t talk to right hand.
After making the reservation, my allergies got so bad my nasal drainage and bleeding was so bad I had to get several prescriptions from Dr. it had not peaked before contacting Hotels.com about moving my reservation ahead one day to give me time to recover. She was willing but couldnot communicate with Marriott. Left an email with my email for a date change but i received nothing from Marriott. I called Marriott and they said they could not change the Hotels.com res, but would give me a much less expensive room for the later dates. So although Hotels.com would change the dates, so that I would only pay for the date I stayed, it was useless as I could not get there for the original dates, and neither company involved would work with the other to aid me. Bottom line, deal direct with motel and not an up front hotel broker.

The stay was ok. The scented body wash had an old fashioned smell, plus shampoo and conditioner . I think you should change the scent of fragrance.. The king suite was not so private with three people but overall my stay was ok
