The property is in a pretty good area right off the Interstate and is in the vacinity of a lot of good eating and shopping. It is easy to see that the room we stayed in is a little dated. Most of the Employees were very nice except for the Receptionist when we arrived, he was very nonchalant, never smiled and not was not courteous at all. For example, after we settled into our room, I went to him and explained that the Refrigerator wasn't getting cold and the door wouldn't close, he made it very clear that I would just have to deal with it. Since I saw no concern for our issue, I asked if we could leave our perishable food in the Hotel Restaurant Refrigerator. He then asked me what we had to be refrigerated. I told him that we had Milk, Fruit, Drinks, etc... After I told him what perishables that we had, he told me that he would allow me to bring it up but after going back to the room and discussing it with my Wife, we decided that we wouldn't do that due to the fact that we would be placing open food into an area outside of our control. We also had to ask for Soap since there was none in the room. I feel that this Hotel is fairly decent but one non-caring employee and a couple of small issues can make a stay less than desirable.

At checkin the desk advised no rooms available. But once her shift was over there was a room available when the new service desk attendees took time to look. The appearance of everything is great however the lobby bathroom toilet seats broken all on floor. The rooms plugs didnt work no where to charge phones. Staff very friendly at breakfast and helpful. Only 1 elevator worked for all 5 floors.

Passing through to get to sick relative
Made reservation for one date and got to the hotel and somehow it got changed to another. Finally got all that straightened out and get to my room. The AC/heating unit did not work along with the shower being very moldy and smelled. Got a new room and got my stuff moved to new room. New room the bathroom fan made a horrible noise and couldn’t get it to quit along with shower being moldy. At this point it is really late so I shut the bathroom door and used tv do take care of fan noise. I always pile all linens before I leave and when I stripped bed noticed some blood stains on mattress which really grossed me out. Tried to tell front desk person but they never showed up before I left that morning.

I was so disappointed in the quality of the room. The shower curtain was dirty/moldy as well as there being mold on the shower walls. The shower head was rusting and full of calcium buildup. The towels were flimsy and dingy. The bedding was dingy as well. The clock and light fixtures were dusty. The plugs next to the bed were warped and would not hold well. There was only one trash can in the room. The lighting at the sink is terrible. This was such a disappointment for a Hyatt property. Positive side, the check in was easy and staff was professional and polite.

Staff was nice and helpful. We could hear the people above us walking and dropping stuff ALL night. That was the only downside to our stay. After leaving something in the room, one of the cleaning ladies met me in the parking lot when I was about to leave to return my item. I didn’t catch her name but I wanted to thank her! We stayed in room 325.

Upon check-in I found water logging issue at bathtub. I reported the issue at front desk they shift to another room. I have stayed in Hyatt earlier also at other city and this problem I have faced at other city also. May be they should take some action to mitigate this issue to avoid discomfort for the traveler.

Fine, avoid the breakfast.
The rooms were fine. The lobby needs some work. The breakfast situation is a mess. They don’t have the right tools and don’t seem to care. For example, they seem to want you to use disposable plates that are 10” but the trash can has a 6” hole. So, the customers just end up smashing plates through the hole making a giant mess. All the tables were dirty. No one wipes them during service. There were no buss tubs for silverware, so people just threw them away. Needs managed. Also the food is terrible, but these free breakfasts have a very low bar. Recommend to walk across street to fresh market.
