The check in was good but we were on the second floor and there is no elevator. The room was sub par. The sheets did not fit the bed and just looked like sheets bought at a discount store. They did not even fit the bed. I've stayed in extended stY hotels that were taken care of and furnished better than this place. We definitely will not be staying there again.

Customer service issues
Worst check in experience. The desk agent couldn’t find my reservation and I was told to “come back later” After traveling there, I didn’t want to find somewhere to hang out. I checked back and she still couldn’t help meI called Hotels.com and they me another place to stay. I understand things happen, maybe it was a training issue but the problem is the desk agent didn’t care. Customer service is a priority. The next person checking in had the same issue.

Best value for the money probably....!
Good economical room. cold A/C, Hot water with strong pressure. good wifi/ tv. Wife and I slept better than expected on the bed. Good pillows, sheets.... Staff very helpful to make your stay good. I spoke with them 2-3 times, always got what I wanted or asked for. I had my hands full once at my room door and was knocking on the door for my wife to open, staff was walking by and recognized me and my situation and opened the door for me. I appreciate that, wife did too! she stayed in bed. LOL...
