I chose this hotel because it had excellent reviews. The bathroom in our room had damaged tile around the shower. It was rusty and moldy and the glass shower door was cloudy and dirty. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on plywood with 4 inches of foam. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff were very nice and the cookies were excellent

Overall, my stay was fine. Everything was basically good, but nothing stood out as exceptional, especially given the high price point. The hotel feels a bit dated, particularly the bathrooms and showers, which could really use an update. For the cost, I expected a more modern and polished experience.
