I had asked to see if i could get into my room early was told they were sold out and my room wasnt ready looked online and there was 15 rooms open . Also the breakfast needs work on i think the person working it didnt care about doing her job

The hotel is conveniently located close to stores and restaurants. I was disappointed that our room TV did not work even after letting the front desk know, the shower was either scorching hot or cold, check in was delayed by 30 minutes due to technical difficulties, my parents room didnt even have electricity and they had to be moved, the pop in the vending machines was flat, and I could list a few more. Overall, it seemed if things could go bad it did. Would not recommend staying here.

This place was the most disgusting hotel I have EVER stayed at. There were roaches all in our room, the bed was stained and dirty, the shower was moldy, absolutely horrendous

The staff was very friendly and helpful, however, the room we received smelled full of smoke as someone just smoked. We asked for a room change but could not be accommodated until the next day. Upon returning to the hotel that night our room was changed and our property too. No call or message left to notify us walking in on another guest who was assigned to our room. It was an embarrassment and frustrating situation trying to get our correct room and locate our property.
