So convenient if you have an early flight. Clean, comfortable, and quiet rooms. Very nice staff. A heads up there is a smoking lounge that isn’t well insulated, so ask for a room far away from it.

Perfect airport hotel
GREAT hotel. Arrive at 1:30 am- staff seemed to be waiting just for me. Kind, attentive, swift. Hotel perfect for this purpose. Morning breakfast was DELICIOUS, coffee- hot!

Its a perfect hotel if you fly into Jarkarta at night and to another destination in the morning. Although the room is very basic and old, the bed is comfortable and the staff maintains the room in clean condition. The staff is super attentive and the breakfast is tasty.

Old but comfy and good value airport hotel, 5 mins walk from Term2 however not at all Accessible as was advertised - no elevators, escalators were working at time of visit 16/06/24 and no concierge or bellhops at ground level to help carry guests bags up steep flights of stairs. Otherwise hotel met my expectations

This was the nearest hotel to the airport that we could find for a nine-hour layover at night. The free shuttle was on time, and the driver quickly found us via WhatsApp. The hotel furnishings are old, and the room was small. We had a non-smoking room, and it was clean. But the lobby and hall reeked of tobacco. The hotel is in terminal 2, and our flights were in terminal 3. We requested a return shuttle ride to terminal 3 to catch our flight, and we got it. So everything worked as planned, and we enjoyed our rest. However, when our flight returned to Jakarta about 10 hours later because of a volcano eruption at our destination, we chose to stay at another hotel as we waited to rebook our flight. The new hotel, Fairfield by Marriott, was cheaper, a lot newer, free of tobacco stench, and also had a free airport shuttle.
