Great Family Disney Spot!
Great hotel! Very close to Disney. You can easily walk there in 10 minutes or less (even with two children). Rooms is clean and spacious. We got in a little late on a Thursday and Edna took care of us at the front desk. After we got our room and walked out, my son looked up and was a little wary of staying on the 5th floor. Edna was very gracious and friendly and switched us to a second floor room. I also booked this on hotels.com. The website says that they have valet parking, but not that it's exclusively valet. We didn't bring the valet key with us, but the valet attendants were very accommodating. Just a heads up if you are heading there in a Tesla. We will definitely have it for next time as this is our new preferred Disney hotel!

Convenient and that's about it.
This hotel has much in common with a barn. To provide shelter, in this case for humans. If you don't have or dislike children, do not stay here. If you like peace and quiet, do not stay here. If you aren't planning to go to Disneyland, stay somewhere else. The only redeeming feature of this hotel is that it is across the street from Disneyland where I'm sure 99% of its guests are going. The rooms are expensive and if parking on the premises, valet parking is your only choice. It is also an expensive addition to your bill. We stayed here to see my wife's grandkids and to visit the land of the Mouse. As for value for your dollar, it ranks near the bottom. As for dining, the American staples are close by or dine in Disneyland.

Convenient to walk to/from Disney! The only bad side is that they do not allow self parking. You need to valet your car and it gets pretty expensive.

Nice for big families, the rooms are very spacious! It’s also a short walking distance to DisneyLand, which is literally right across the street. In addition the hotel was very clean and the staff were nice.

Loved the 2 bedroom suite since it had 2 queen beds and a bathroom in one room and a king bed and sleeper sofa with sitting area in the other room. You can hear people moving around on other floors and the fireworks from Disney are loud if you want to go to sleep before 9:30pm.

This hotel was great. Clean, updated rooms, very large space. Parking was valet and kind of inconvenient when in a hurry with small children. Staff was great, pool was clean, hot tub is tiny. Would stay again.

We have stayed here in the past prior to the upgrade of rooms. We like this hotel and convenient location close to entrance to Disneyland, and close food options. Our only issue was the quality of the furniture and the air units. The furniture (sofa, curved love seats, and chair) were extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The air units were loud and made a loud rattling sound, making it hard to sleep. We also miss the complimentary breakfast area they had on the lower level. The maid service was not complete. We have always raved about this hotel, making it hard to write this review. We hope for improvement.

Great access to the parks, such a short walk. Guest laundry for $2 per wash cycle and per dry cycle open 7am-10pm. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Not sure if they offer breakfast as we didn’t have that included in our stay. The only downside is the noise, you can hear everything from your next door neighbour and from traffic and people down the street. No soundproofing what so ever. Outdated heating/cooling system and not very comfortable bedding or pillows. You don’t stay here for luxury or comfort unfortunately, it is simply for the convenience of quick access to the parks. I would return to this property potentially, but I think I’d try one of the neighbouring hotels on the next trip and see how they compare first.
