Great rest after a long flight.
Conveniently located in the new area of PIK, North Jakarta and linked a nice mall. Attentive and friendly staff who aim to please the client. Pool and gym are clean and well-attended. We had room service for a late dinner (Soto Ayam), food delivered promptly and tasted good. Great introduction to Jakarta after a long flight. Thanks Swissotel!

Great Housekeeping Lady
Housekeeping lady was nice. I was not feeling well and the lady from housekeeping left me a get well-note after she cleaned the room. Gave me more bottles of water and ask me to hydrate myself in her message. She must have seen the medication on the table.

I booked a king size bed but they gave me 2 super single places together. Meaning I can only sleep on either side which was very uncomfortable. Towels were placed in shower!!!! Which will be wet when using the shower.

Good experience. Nice decor. One feedback, the room was too cold but when turning on the heating it didnt work. There is a sewage smell in the toilet for room1948.

There was no hot water for my shower - even after running the water for 10 minutes. Just 1 person to check people in dispite the hotel being busy. Had to wait to long to get check in. The price is too high for this kind of service

I stayed last August and I love it. I booked again for my brother last Monday and he have no complaints. The staffing are so friendly and helpful. The hotel close to the mall, foods area and others entertainment. The service was great. My only concern is just kinda too dark in the hallway going to the rooms need more bright lights. But I’ll definitely stay again at this hotel.
