Liked the location, it was accessible to food court nearby, bus stops and mrt station. Dismiked the aging condition of the water supply facilities. had to call the front desk and file a request for repair. gratefully it was fixed, otherwise cannot have baths

The building was a bit old, but the hotel was comfortable enough to stay in with almost no inconvenience. Location: It was close to several MRT stations, and there was a bus stop located right outside the hotel lobby, making it very convenient to get around. Breakfast, Pool, Gym: I didn't use these facilities. Room: The shower booth was spacious, which made it convenient, and there were no major issues during my stay. However, the TV channels were limited, there were no tissues provided in the room, and there was no indoor seating area in the lobby where I could sit while waiting for a taxi. Overall, it’s a convenient hotel with good value for money.

We were all in a group who booked separately- when we arrived we were given the rooms that we chose on the website- n they weren’t willing to give us to change- horrible customer service with all the staff- and really dirty- rather pay extra to stay somewhere else
