The property is in a remote village of the island, and you need a rental car. Keep in mind that the closest grocery shopping is about 20 minutes drive, closest supermarket in the city is about 45 minutes, and the historic center is one hour to go by car. Bungalows are in good condition, everything is working properly, cooking facilities are adequate. Minor problems included water running through the toilet, burned bulb in the bathroom, sticky frying pan and lack of room service. They supply beach towels (orange) and will gladly exchange both beach and home towels when you need. There are no TVs or land phones in bungalows. Wi-Fi is free but the signal is not very strong, i.e. we had 2of 5 marks inside the bedroom and down to zero on a terrace. The pool is nice and clean, and all area around the pool is relaxing and equipped with beach chairs. There is no separate cold and hot water, and the shower is equipped with an electric portable water heater. That means, if you want your water really warm, you have to put a little flow through the shower, otherwise you will get lukewarm water power stream.
There are mosquito nets in the bedrooms but not in kitchen etc. Use some repellent or candle. Also, there is a new villa construction site adjacent to the property, and if you happen to have lunch at home, as we did, on the way from one beach to another, be prepared to hear drilling, sawing etc.
