The bed was so comfy and checking in and out was easy, but I took away one star because the continental breakfast was awful. There was no water at the breakfast station and apart from the typical toaster and waffle maker, there was eggs and sausage you could heat up in the microwave… and it was not good at all.

The location was good but on Friday night the manager allowed a party to blast music until midnight below our room. When asked about the noise policy, I was given three different times by three different employees. We will never stay there again. Absolute crap management.

The hotel was clean, offered a room with a jetted tub in the room, and after traveling for 14 hours i needed it. The thing i appreciated the most was how helpful and nice the front desk lady was. I believe her name was Kwanna or Quanna. She was super friendly and helpful.

terrible customer service building flloors where dirty. cable didnt work in room had to call front desk. outside of building grounds ( bushes not trimmed looked like it was abandoned for a period of time. coffee pot in room was dirty. for the amount i paid for 1 night was not a happy person.

Has to be one of our worst stays yet. Sheets, pillows and cover were badly stained. When asked for new sheets and pillow so we could change them, we were treated rudely by the staff. Then found unwanted friends in our room and had to argue to get another room. Pool felt like there should have been ice floating in it.
