Very clean and secure Staff was awesome

The nice lady at the front desk changed my room to a first floor room so I didn’t have to drag my stuff up the stairs. Very much appreciated!

Very comfortable room, a bit out of the way if you want to be "in" Jasper. Very convenient to the Jasper Transmission factory, though.

The condo is just as pictured. It is big inside with plenty of room for the family. Our only problem was the cleanliness. There was hair in the jet tub, and it made a ring around it when we were filling it up. Lots of hair came out of the jets. The pots and pans were dirty with stuck on food on them. Some of the silverware had dried up food on them also. There were clothes left in the bathroom from the previous tenants and clothes left in the washing machine. The office staff was very nice and helpful. If you drive around the property you can see deer grazing.

Friendly staff. Great on the go breakfast. Also a plus that they had a little shop with brinks and snaks. The hotel was very clean and we had no complaints. Would definitely stay there again.
