I picked this hotel for convenience. Walkable to restaurants, safe, and easy access to Hot air balloon fiesta. It’s a bit dated, but very clean. It was overpriced but probably due to the balloon festival. Most staff were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Room were exceptionally clean. We loved being able to see the Sandias from our room windows and watching the balloons float through the sky was wonderful. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean and the grounds were nice. The pool is a bit hidden but a nice space to relax. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms feel a bit on the old side and a little small. Overall it was a great experience and the convenience of walking to Old Town in 10 minutes was nice. My only nit was the hidden “amenities” charge when checking out. I was told it was for the Keurig coffee and small water bottles in the room. In every other hotel I’ve stayed at that’s complimentary.

Great location, short walk to Old Town and many dining options. Friendly staff, nice pool with food and drink service. Beautiful grounds. Two issues: low water pressure in the shower ( our room was on the 10th floor) & WiFi was weak and kept disconnecting.
