The only problem with our stay was the food warming charge. I have traveled for last 40 years. This is the first hotel that charges the guest to warm up the food brought by the guest. Either the rooms should have a microwave or the food food warming charges should be eliminated for good in this day and age. Very much disappointed after such a pleased experience of stay.

The property is perfectly located for easy travels. The gym is clean and never overly crowded. Breakfast service is great with both Filipino and American style. The staff were very helpful and hospitable and willing to listen to you although there was language barrier. The hotel is a bit old but they are able to maintain the cleanliness of the hotel. Map should be provided to the guest to able to familiarise the city.

Not Welcoming and not nice when trying to upgrade my room. Then trying to charge me more than I recieved in Quest Hotel email one hour before arriving and when I told the manager on duty (Cindy) She acted like pissed off. I am very happy me and wife have stayed there many times in the last Seven years and unfortunately most likely will never return. There are a lot of nice Hotels in the are and will be coming back to Cebu in February. As of now I believe we will try the Nustar Hotel and Casino near the Seaside Mall. Hope this message will be read by someone that cares about the future of Quest Hotel.

I loved the hot and cold water dispensers on each floor. I liked the pool on the 7th floor. The bathroom was so awesome that we are thinking about using that design in our new home. The rooms are really nice and very clean. Lots of lighting. Really cold aircon. Really hot water. The tv's are HD. The staff downstairs are super nice and very efficient. I rate this place a 9.0
