Very bad checking experience. The front office manager keep giving bad key cards and never went to go up to the room to make sure things are correct. Finally requested him to go up and ended up the door is broken and can't enter the room. Wasted more than half hour to figure things out when he finally gave us another room. Horrible service. When asking him to give water as compensation for the troublesome, he wanted to charge us for extra bottle of water. What a cheap service considering the cost of bottle of water is less than $1. Very inhospitable and not welcoming.
Vert good location with good condition of the hotel. Everything was clean and nice. One drawback was parking space especially for the weekend. I had to park remote site since it was full in the evening. Better to have more space to maneuver the car. Great prime location. BTW, no coffee machine or no coffee was offered inside the room. Better to have one.
The property was very good. A very good location close to shops, restaurants and cafes and the Hanok village. The restaurant, bar, and sky terrace were not open. The air conditioner was not available in the room even though it was a warm day because it’s turned off during this season, this was an inconvenience for sleeping. Staff provided a fan for the room.
Location was great. Room condition was okay but very tight enough for a double twin room. The off-site parking sucks (5-min walk away) and Air conditioner was not able to control from the room.

Hard to believe it is 3.5 star hotel
It was so disappointed. For instance, it was too humid and the air conditioner made a noise and I couldn't control Air conditioner for the function of dehumidification by myself. The movement in the room is too inconvenient, too narrow, and the bathroom door is not available to be fixed, so there is a risk of injuring your feet.
It was nice, clean and up to standard stay. Bed is comfortable. Would come back here again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Room comfort
Very basic.
The hotel is located a bit away from the main part of the city, which is fine. The rooms themselves were good, ok sized and clean. The problem was that the rooms facing the main street were extremely noisy as you heard all the traffic noise from the street below, even late at night. Further the walls were not really sound proof, meaning noise from adjacent rooms was also an issue. If you do choose to stay at this hotel then remember to ask for a room facing the back. One point of redemption is that the staff were nice and polite.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Ramada Jeonju, the room was clean and very comfortable. The amenities were quite nice and good for when I brought only some bathroom items. The room I stayed in was a traditional twin bed room which was nice. 😀
The hotel held up to the expected standards for its class. The staff was kind and friendly enough. I was satisfied with my stay.

Disliked: Staff & service
The service and staff at this property are abysmal. I have stayed at this Ramada twice now, and both times I have had an awful experience, I was treated not only rudely, but nearly had to pay twice for the same room both times I stayed. Both times they tried to double charge me and both times I got nary an apology or even a timely cancellation of the fraudulent charge. On top of all of that, they tried to go behind Expedia to make me cancel my booking instead of going through Expedia to cancel the room they told the agent was available. All in all terrible hotel and does NOT live up to the expectations of a Ramada
Although the hotel was nice and so was the layout of our room and the cleanliness. I was really disappointed that our bed linen had holes in it and the towels were old, faded and had become stringy. Not what you expected when you pay a lot to stay in a hotel
