I recently stayed at this, and I had a fantastic experience! The room was super clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It made my stay really enjoyable. I'd definitely recommend it if you're ever in the area! 10-20 min bus ride to time square, bus stop right out back door so that was convenient Restaurants walking distance. America mall 6min car drive

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! First we had to park our vehicle in a completely different lot because our vehicle did not fit in the parking garage and had to uber back to the hotel, spend $15 for a 4 min car ride because it was beyond cold at night and we were with our children. The hotel did not offer any type of shuttle service. My family and I felt very unsafe as we are not for the area. Second our room was not cleaned beforehand and if so they clearly did not do that good of a job. The rim of the sink was dirty, the bathroom had mold around the shower doors, there was dust everywhere, The floors were not cleaned, my brand new socks got dirty from just take a few steps. And third the customer service was a 0/10. When we brought up the concerns to the front desk the employees acted as if they did not care about our feedback. My brother also stayed here in a different room and his room was also dirty. Mold near the soap dispenser, feathers everywhere, mirror dirty etc. Overall I rate this place a 0/10. I have pictures to prove all of this to.

The property was dirty. Our bathroom had mold, dust & hair. The room was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We didn't have appropriate parking for our 12 passenger van. They had us look for parking in the walmart parking lot that is 8 minutes walking distance. It was cold and raining that day and they didn't offer any shuttle service nor solutions for us. We had to order an uber to get back to hotel. Customer service was not up to par. The supervisor on duty was also just making excuses and when i talked about the room having mold she said to me they don't have any. I told her you want me to show you which she replied with a yes. I took her to see how horrible conditions the room was in and she apologize but still preceeded to say that the cleaner's wouldn't come into clean if we had stuff in our room. Makes no sense to me. I would never ever bring my family to stay here again.

Worst hotel stay ever!
Worst place to stay the room was next to the gym and you could hear loud banging all night since the gym is open 24 hours , the refrigerator did work , so all my food was spoiled, very uncomfortable bed!

Towels were dirty upon arrival, staff was very unprofessional. My reservation was booked for a high floor, staff did not give me a high floor although we provided documentation that showed we booked/paid for a high floor. The floor also had crumbs on the side of the bed/window area. Our bedroom was next to the elevator and was woken up a handful of times because it was so noisy. The hotel had a lot of parking and was in a good location but I would not pay to stay here again. Very unfortunate!

Everyone here was really nice. The property itself was clean and maintained but was nothing more than mundane in terms of personality or excitement. But, that being said, this property definitely served the purpose and was comfortable enough during the stay.

The overall stay was very good. I enjoyed staying there. The negative things are they dont provide youbwith complimentary water bottles upon your arrival. Atleast for the 1st day, the water bottles should be provided. They also don't refund the security deposit. Upon asking, they said that its already refunded upon check-out and asked me to check with my bank. I didn't face this issue with other hotels.
