My stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing. On arrival, we noticed a foul odor in our room that required air freshener. On the third day, the fire alarm went off, and while the front desk claimed it was just a drill, I received a call shortly after stating that housekeeping needed to enter, despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign. They cleaned the bathroom counters and floors with the same towels provided to guests, which was disgusting. The next day, I was told a state official needed to inspect my room. The person, who couldn't provide credentials beyond a simple ID card, claimed to be from the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs. Every staff member I encountered, including the "official," was Indian, which, in combination with the lack of transparency, left me feeling uncomfortable. Additionally, the hotel falsely advertised a "hot breakfast," but the only hot item was a waffle. Everything else was cold food, which was misleading. I checked out a day early, and when I received a call asking why, the staff member seemed unaware of my issues. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had, with poor hygiene, misleading services, and unprofessional staff. I will not be returning.

The pictures weren’t exactly what the property looked liked. The rugs were staying and everything was old. I will not stay there again. It was worth $60 a night.

Upon checking into the room the Jacuzzi tub was terrible, I had to ask for another room. Then I told the front desk staff that their was only two guest staying overnight, but the hotel charged me for two extra guest. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Hotel is dated which was ok. But, the morning we checked out, there were roaches crawling around in the bathroom ( sink and tub). The ice machine and vending machine on our floor were out of order. The carpet was very dirty and sticky in areas. The cable did not work so we only had 5 channels to choose from.

Disgusting and dirty. People screaming in the halls at 3am- kids wouldn’t even use shower it was gross. Air was thick and smelled gross in our room. Would NOT stay here ever again.

While traveling and site seeing I booked a room for one night. The fire alarm went off alll night did not get any sleep. Staff was not pleasant or considerate. Called several times the 2 times I was able to speak to someone she was rude, when asked to speak to the manager she she was not there tried calling back but did not get a response. Will not be staying here again

The air conditioning didnt work. They killed the keys an hour before check out. After a friendly mention at the desk at check out they just acted like both issues were no big deal. Annoying. And the positive side my familiea other room was nice and cool.

There were few things I noticed with the hot tub. The tub paint were floating in the water. And in the room I was in it almost look like they were working on it because it was ducktaped on the side. Not sure if the guy at check in was having a bad day but wasn’t as friendly as i was expecting when I checked-in. I didn’t do breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Hopefully next time, i have a better room if i decide to come here again. The lady at check out was friendly.
