There were several workers at the hotel that were not helpful at all with resources. They acted like they had never been to NYC before. However there were a couple workers that were helpful. The restaraunt was okay. There were more rude waitresses that there were nice. I had 5 different waiter and waitresses. 2/5 of them were very nice. The other 3 were not good and not friendly.

It was more than enough for us. The hotel and the room was clean and the harbor looking towards Manhattan was awesome to say the least. Not to mention the bus stop was very convenient.
