I can say that the property is in a great location next to the Shouk. It is also a nice, new building and is furnished cleanly and simply.
There were a few not so great things.
It was impossible to reach someone before our arrival (no one answered Whatsapp number). This is not a hotel, there is no desk.
Upon our arrival, the building was unlocked and there is no doorman or security (description says front door is closed with a code).
We arrived to the unit and there was no AC, weather being 101 degrees Farenheit. We were told it could not be fixed for 3 nights due to Shabbat holiday, or move and move back again once fixed. There should have been someone able to fix it, and we shouldn't have been this inconvenienced for their issue. Arriving after a 12 hour flight, to another time zone, to a boiling hot apartment where we could not sleep for 2 days, really set our trip off to a terrible start.
No concessions, refunds, etc, were made.
